Wow, I couldn't be more sick of watching Stewart play.

Akin should comeback out.  There's not many relievers available.  Connor Green and Tanner Scott probably are.  But I don't trust them here, especially not Tanner Scott.

Akin has 85 pitches. I’m a little bit wary of letting him start the inning. And here’s a hit. Grrr.

I was going to complete my thought by saying I’d let him start the inning because I don’t trust the alternatives any better, so now we just have to sit here in sweat for a few minutes

God, we maybe kicking ourselves for not getting any runs in when we had 2nd and 3rd and none out.

There's the Akin I know and dislike.

Granted, it's not really his fault.  He's not that good and this is the third time through their lineup.  Vlad Jr and Bichette won't miss.

No run support for Akin.  I mean this team should have probably won both this games.  But they failed on getting runners in from 3rd in with less that 2 outs both games.  And not padding those leads shot us in the foot.

I would love to blame this on Hyde, But I would also have let Akin start the inning. I would’ve had a reliever warming and I would’ve pulled Akin at the first guy on base, So this just shows how little faith Hyde has in his bullpen.

Akin is out of gas.  Not his fault.  Hays and D.J. Stewart are to blame for not getting the runners in when it was 2nd and 3rd 0 outs.  This team usually minimizes production in key situations and this game is no exception.

Well, crap. Feel bad for Akin. He pitched great for six innings.

I'm almost done with Tanner Scott.  He's probably never going to figure it out.  He's a disaster and should only pitch in blow outs.
