Minor league players impacted by lockout

From my understanding, anyone not on the 40 man is eligible to play the minor league season which should start on time regardless of what happens with the MLB season.  A quick look tells me the only legitimate prospects impacted will be DL Hall and Terrin Vavra.  Shame since they already missed so much of 2021.

Am I missing anyone?  I suppose you could also include Lowther and Baumann in that group but I considered them likely to start the year with the big league club.  Still valuable development time missed regardless.

I think you could also include Kremer, Zimmerman, Akin, and Wells.  All young pitchers that you'd like to have in camp right now.
