In the MLBTR article it says he is trying to start a family.  I  see nothing that says he is married but whatever.  None of my business.

Here is the drug he tested positive for: Clomiphene

Clomid for men is used when low sperm count is caused by low testosterone levels.  In some men, a low sperm count is caused by a low testosterone level. It might seem logical to give more testosterone to a man with a low testosterone level; however, doing so can actually decrease his sperm count.

I believe the medicine he was taking was to increase ovulation in women.  Not sure why a man would be taking it.

Clomid is prescribed off-label to men for people with sperm issues.  This might be TMI but I took clomid when my wife and I were having trouble conceiving and the dr told me that it increases sperm count but hasn't necessarily been proven to increase chance of pregnancy, and that I won't be able to participate in the olympics.
