I feel your pain, I have gotten it since day one too and then a week ago it went away and said I'm not subscribed. I've yet to get an answer from Comcast.

I was having the same problem getting an answer from Comcast so I sent an email with the issue to the corporate offices. The next day I received a phone call from the local CSR telling me to reset by box and the channel would be there. It is worth a try. The local folks don't seem to be able to give the same answer twice.

I contacted Comcast (yes, again) about MLB Network HD.

From the MLB Network site:

What about High-Definition Programming on MLB Network?

All original MLB Network programming will be in true 720p high-definition format, 24/7/365. If you are not receiving the MLB Network HD feed, call your video provider to ask when it will be available in your area.

They currently don't offer the feed (obviously) and the rep didn't have any information about it. I posted a message on their forum and sent a channel addition request via http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/Customers/Contactus/Feedback.html?lid=10CustomersWebSiteFeedback&pos=Nav
