What is Ryan Flaherty doing?  I think even a retired Flaherty would be an improvement over Owings.

Yes, players with a career 62 OPS+ and -1.7 rWAR are very hard to find.   Though if you want to find Stevie, you need to look in the Mexican League.

By now pretty much everyone knows, but Rutschman isn't going to make his debut tonight. I have my doubts that Rutschman's debut will happen this Yankees series. Maybe this weekend against the Rays, but the organization is going to be tightlipped until it happens.

I was so focused on Rutschman not playing that I didn't fully absorb the awfulness of tonight's lineup. If it's not the worst lineup in modern Orioles history, then it has to be among the three worst.

It’s basically the same lineup we saw all weekend.
