I don't buy that other teams can figure out he's tipping pitches during the game but the O's can't detect it after the fact using game film.

 

We don’t know that they aren’t detecting it after the fact, do we?  The question is how to fix it without messing with a guy’s delivery to the point of messing with what works for him.
