They have.  To clarify, I wasn't sure if there could be late comers to the league.  I did a quick scan of the rosters and only saw those two names.  But noticed that Collier on had 9 ABs compared to the many with 20+.  (Collier missed games for the combine, not starting later because of college/HS commitments.  Maybe some are in that boat though.)
