I don't think Hays' arm strength is an issue at all.  Wasn't he clocked at like 98 mph on a throw recently?

He is by far our best throwing outfielder.

Hayes has a GREAT arm.  Yeah, Mullins is weak, Mancini isn't very good, but Hayes has a very strong arm.  Barking up the wrong tree here.

Hays not only has a really good arm, he makes the most accurate throws of any of our outfielders.

Hays only able to reach 106 mph on throws to home.  He needs to do an offseason strengthening program.
