If we signed Dunn I would start Huff at 1B and DH Dunn because believe it or not, I think Huff would be less of a defensive liability. Still Huff, Dunn, and Scott in the middle of that lineup would produce a considerable amount of power.

I can't imagine we'll get him, but Dunn would be a fantastic fit at DH and occasional 1B. Big Man would knock windows out of the Warehouse (hopefully including one in Angelos's office). I doubt Angelos will allow McPhail to go after him with a legit offer, but I'd love to see him in Baltimore.

Read into this as little as you want but I was told there is a good chance out first baseman will be either Eric Hinske or Sean Casey.

People talk about Dunn not being that fast — and he's not — but has anyone really watched Sean Casey bursting out of the batter's box? I like the guy, but damn, he's slower than I am. I'm waiting for him to somehow become the first player to get thrown out at first after hitting the ball over the fence.

Dunn would be a great sign for 4 yrs at 12 -14 mil per. Great power hitter, would love OPACY. Then trade Scott to the Cubs for the Hill, Pie and Marquis package. Head to ST.

That is just stupid and pathetic, IMO. What the heck is wrong with letting Huff play first and letting Reimold/Scott split between DH/LF.

These two guys will almost certainly have no contribution to a winning Orioles ballclub and do nothing for the 2009 team either.

Signing either of these guys is just stupid, lazy and inexcusable.

If either one of these guys is signed, I may very well be done with this team.

Honestly, the trash they throw out there is pathetic. Sorry, I didnt mean to say that Hinske and Casey are trash, but they just flat out suck.

Markakis, Jones, and Guthrie are the only reason I watch this team. And Weiters, Tillman, Matsuz, and Arrieta will be my only reason for the future.
