How do you figure that.  Both had slow starts.  Each has been red hot for 5 weeks.  Ortiz has already passed the unofficial 200 AB threshold at AA.  Cowser has not.

The tea leaves, which includes Odor at 3rd and Santander at first seem like 1-2 from AAA will be promoted. Then it seems like AA backfills AAA, etc.

First, Bannon. Now OF Dylan Harris released.  They have Neustrom,  Fontana, and Diaz in the OF.  Not sure who the DH is.  Seems like they have room for Ortiz and Cowser now.

LOL. So you're using Cowser only since he's been at Bowie but Ortiz for the whole year?

The last 30 games when they've actually been at the same level facing the same pitchers Ortiz actually has a higher OPS.

So, Ortiz (who also had a taste of AA last year) needed a big adjustment period but Cowser hit the ground running and you think that means they are equal?

Ortiz is also almost 2 years older.

 Cowser needed 2 months to adjust to High A.   This is just a dumb argument.  They are both tearing it up.  Ortiz is older and has more time in AA. He was also coming off major surgery.   They both deserve it.

They also were trying to change Cowser’s approach.  
 

I didn’t say he didn’t deserve it.  You are the one getting all upset because someone said Cowser deserves it more. He does.  He’s been better at the same level.  He’s also younger and a much more likely part of the future of the team.  
 

But sure, Ortiz and Cowser should go to AAA, Stowers and Henderson to the majors.
