Most seats are extremely uncomfortable, very cramped with no legroom.

Went once, 2005 I think. Was so excited to get seats at the time, was a weekday day game Royals vs RS.  Expensive but we got seats.

Turned out to be extremely uncomfortable old chairs behind a big post that prevented you from seeing the pitcher. 🫤

If they built a new ballpark, new Green Monster and all, it would likely be a top ballpark in MLB. But I can't see them ever letting go of Fenway.
