The Stowers ground out was the key to that inning. A rookie with an 0-2 count had the poise to pull that ball and put it into play and drive in a run and advance the other was huge.

The drink was sort of accidental. They basically had just bitters and whiskey on hand. And I was going to go with that. But my wife had in her hand what I thought was club soda and lemon. I asked her to pour a splash in mine. I later realized it was some vodka concoction. Thus The Bromo Tower! 
 

Only saw Boog on the field for a pregame ceremony for an award Hays was given. Never made it to his pit. I filled up on fried shrimp at Pratt St. Ale House pregame.

Terrible AB by Santander and Mountcastle lays another egg on 3 pitches. Pathetic after getting with in a run prior inning and Adley getting aboard.
