It again seems like we have conflicting FO and managerial approaches.   Is it let the team get experience in the pennant race?  What a vet manager does is you don’t risk Gunnar at 2B in a big game,  pitch DL Hall in high leverage.  You have to challenge the UMP’s crap Strikezone.

Hyde could have used Akin or Sulser there. Saving big 3 for second game.

All I’m hoping for is that G-Rod is significantly better than Hall if he’s our #2 pitching prospect.  He’s terrible.

Honestly, he is playing for a split here.  He is holding Perez for game 2.  He knows Lyles is only good for about 6 innings especially since he has been sick.  A sweep would be devastating.  Keep the good arms to hopefully win the nightcap

Hyde should have gotten himself run on Mountcastle's awful strike three call. Instead, show some damn fire instead of whining from the bench. Sometimes you gotta fire up your team. 

Today is the day that I could be off the Hyde train. Too many mistakes when the team needs a win.
