Great article on Dodgers top 3 here.    What is the O's equivalent to Betts, Turner and Freeman?

Remarkably and perhaps significantly,  these 3 were all acquired and in the case of Betts and Freeman well paid longterm.    This from a team with a great farm system and several marquee players that have been developed within, non of which became the big 3 are.

So for the O's maybe Mullins, Adley and Gunnar but that's not BTF caliber.   Worth thinking about and why need a big FA pickup at one of the following 1B/SS/OF to take this team to the next level and that's assuming that rest of the current group keeps getting better.

We don't have a big three yet. But I absolutely think Adley/Gunnar can be as good as any two of Betts/Turner/Freeman. Why not? They're about as good as it gets.

How many teams have a "BTF caliber" big 3?
