Alright so I might be missing it, but is Maikol Hernandez that far off the prospect lists?

And I just looked up his numbers and yup………I know that kind of information is hard t come by, but those are dreadful numbers in the FCL

I know there is still some tools to work from, especially defensively, but he clearly can't hit. I've talked about in detail how difficult it is to hit on these Latin guys with the current system, so we're going to see some absolute busts like Hernandez every once in awhile. 

He's going to have a hard time finding playing time with Arias and Amparo showing up in the FCL next year.

Agreed.  What are the chances of finding out if the Orioles field 1 or 2 FCL teams this year?

According to Mike Elias, the league is going to allow larger rosters (two team size) and have a game each day, but teams will be fielding one team overall.
