Oh, we are not too smart . . . just occasionally relevant. :) Thanks for the compliment.

Just to clarify some folks concerns . . . the way one uses those graphs is by determining how many runs a players saves or gives up on defense. That gives you the threshold line. Then you take his OBP and SLG (retrospective if you take past seasons, predictive if you use a projection system) to determine where he falls in. Over on the SunBoard a poster was concerned about me incorporating UZR/150 into the consensus of defensive stats I used to determine where the example players lined up. One does not need to use that statistic to use the graphs.
