Yes, they were the Tidewater Tides, a Mets affiliate and they scored 23 runs on 4/13/1982 against the Rochester Red Wings (Orioles affiliate) ironically.

Wind was funky.  A lot of misplayed balls in the outfield.  A few balls looked like sure HR off the bat and didn’t come close.
