How is he not an improvement?  Because of his high ERA in a small sample this year?  His xFIP is 3.66.  I guess it’s possible that he’s toast at 36 but like I said the peripherals look good.

Hyde has been doing this all year. No knock on Stowers, just getting everyone in every game. I prefer it to Buck who it seemed would never pinch hit for a starter.
