Apologies if there is already a thread for this guy but I am not seeing one for this year. At age 26, it is kind of a make or break year for this waiver claim from the Twins organization. He was DFA in the offseason, so he would require a 40-man move.

He just had his best start of the year, going 5.2 shutout innings with 7 K's. Walks are still an issue but so far he has had a good bunch of strong starts, while limiting the damage in bad starts, with 4 ER in 4 IP being the worst. Overall he's got a 2.97 ERA with 10.5 K/9 vs 4.6 BB/9. I feel like if he was already on the 40-man he might be getting some shuttle appearances. 

If he can sustain this, maybe control the walks a bit, is he a possible shuttle guy? Trade bait?

Nice moment for him on Monday. Best of luck in Cleveland.  Frees up a spot on the 40.
