The first was low.  Three others caught the outside edge of the zone per Gamecast.

I had issue with the 3rd pitch and no, it was not a strike.

4 and 7 were close enough to be called outside due to human error, 5 was a strike and Palmer had a real issue with 3 "being right down the middle" thus it was a strike.

Pretty amazing that major league baseball doesn't seem to have a single competent ump out of the whole bunch.
