So this has happened in seasons past, where you have the "good bullpen" that pitches when the game is on the line, and the "bad bullpen" that pitches when you can afford (?) to give up some runs, to save the good guys from having to pitch. 

But it's amazing how a faltering pitcher will get the whole infield to basically fall off.  Focus goes to hell, luck turns, guys slip on the mud, bloops land in, bunts don't go foul.  Even when they bring a "good guy" in, he can't get it together either. 

It's amazing.
