6/21: Wells Has A Second Inning Meltdown

When he chucked it into RF is when I went back to enjoying my beach vacation.

Two of the runs in the second inning should not have happened.  So with the exception of the two dingers, Wells was really effective.  Then, what we laughingly call "middle relief" entered and it got ugly.

His IF defense didn't help either, Mateo forgot to line up for cut off and Gunnar didn't cover on a force play (ball was in the hole).  It's really no different than little league, errors lead to more errors-guys lose focus.

I saw the whole mess.  They scored two runs on a ball that went 25'.
