This guy is a beast. 6'9 and throws downhill and he just handcuffed us last time...I wonder if the hitters now having seen him ( he two hit us with 8 K's last time) have any kind of advantage over the pitcher who also "saw" us in his last start...Also we will have our week link Irvin going tonight too...I dont like this matchup...I figure this one is a loss..

Here’s a guy who was completely overlooked by scouts.  12th round pick out of college, never on any top 100 prospect list, ranked the 23rd best prospect in the Twins’ system by Fangraphs before he graduated prospect status.   It’s amazing how often that happens.

If Ober pitches anything like he did last week against us or how he has pretty much pitched all season, I don't think that there will be much "solving" of him going on.

You have to hope he makes some mistakes/misses some of his spots. Or try to keep the game close and eek one out in the later innings once he is out of the game.

Much of this will probably be on Cole Irvin to keep the Twins off the scoreboard. Not an exciting proposition I know. But at least we had yesterday's laugher thoroughly to enjoy.

I don't know but I'm not feeling good about this game at all. It might be a good thing that it's on Apple TV and I have no access to watch it. I'm thinking my time will be better spent going out and doing something. McCann followed by Mateo in the lineup are 2 instant outs back to back. And I don't see how Cole Irvin keeps up with Ober.

I hope I cone back to look at the score and see that I'm wrong.

      Complete no figure post KS is resetting thier starters for the WC Round whoever it is. Why is he terrfied? Youre team is in a pennant race and you dont have to face thier top starter

      Every year at the end of the season, I feel a little melancholy. For me, the end of summer is not the start of school or the arrival of fall, but the end of baseball season. Today is the last day of a long song, and I will miss it. I know we have at least four more days, but those are in a different category, although I will miss that too when it ends. During the darkest days of the season, I posted frequently that the worst day of baseball is still baseball. When the Os played terrible, I would go focus on the Brewers or the A’s or Mariners(who were almost as frustrating as the Os) and follow along with former Orioles, rooting for all of them. That will all stop by tonight, and I will miss it until next February, when pitchers and catchers report. If I’m still here, I’ll be here.    Go Os…
