Yep, this is really impressive so far.

We've noticed that Adley's plate blocking has gone downhill and that every every great throw he makes there are 2 or 3 that are way off target.   I wonder about his game calling, as well.  I don't think I'm qualified to judge, but I have certainly seen Tony be critical of pitches called for quite a bit this year.

And seeing what I've seen so far with McCann behind the plate makes me wonder if maybe McCann isn't really helping Grayson today.

Is it just me or was that a really bizarre throw. It's like he rushed it and threw it right into the ground.

Gunnar wouldn't have bounced that throw. It might not have been accurate but it would have gotten there in time.

A better throw gets him there.   That's on Mateo for chucking it in the ground.
