It was a late slide, that's why his foot kicked off of the bag so high. Plenty of videos on the internet if you would like to view them yourselves. Of course, he was trying to break up the DP, I do not think it was intentional but sliding that late, bad things happen.

Probably Cowser? People have liked his defense coming up through the minors, so I think it's playable. It's just when thinking long-term at such an important position, I'm glad we have better options.

Who would even be the alternative, Hays?
