I would say Gibson is the starter that we have who can be great or he can also be at the opposite end of the spectrum.  

Bradish, Kremer, G-Rod have been pretty consistent lately.  Gibson isn't consistent.

Obviously Bradish and GRod are making postseason starts.  Kremer looks locked in as well.  The 4th starter is the concern between Gibson, Flaherty and Irvin (and Wells?).
