What an amazing athlete he is.

Impressive.

He threw 56 pitches off the mound at Skymark Stadium, throwing fastballs and forkballs. Word is that he hit 147kmph (92mph) with his fastest pitch. Ichiro said he wants to throw a little bit harder.

True had to check how much he's making this coming season, 17mil!! Last thing they need is an arm injury to their franchise player, and for what...a novelty. Let him do what he does best, hit and defend, not many guys do it better.

Also, if Ichiro can hit 92, why not? I mean, obviously they can't afford for him to be hurt, but he's not a juiced, muscle massed freak. He's a lean guy, who will not just tear his rotator cuff by bringing his shoulder back.
