If Norfolk had any kind of bullpen they might have come close to 100 wins.   On the other hand, with that offense they were never out of any game.   A great season and I wonder how many current Tides return.  In particular, Stowers, Norby, Cowser, and Ortiz look as though they have all put in enough time and deserve to graduate but none are assured of a ML spot with the Orioles next OD.
