Man.  What a time to completely forget how to play baseball.

Well at least we’ll be underestimated again next year.  I just hope they’ll prove them wrong again.  Going to need to add to this team, and going to need a lot of offensive improvement from the young guys.

Idc what Gibson does in this game, he was the correct option to start. You go with the veteran in a must win game. Hoping he grabs some momentum for a game 4. Kremer was thrown to the wolves today.

I hear you and is important for the O's to have another reliable LH starter playing in Camden Yards.  However, if he does not start, he has the stuff to close

I am not blaming the O’s performance on the 5 day layoff.  I do think that 5 days is too long of a break, but that doesn’t explain or excuse the last two starts.  I think that they had two really bad starts against a really good offensive club.  
 

And I think people were talking about how tired the bullpen was at the end of the 20-something game stretch with no days off.  But that was resolved after Means and Gibson put up 7+ innings in back to back starts.

Can Wells make it through a season though? Don't get me wrong, I really like him but I don't know what would make next year any different from this year. He's not exactly a young player. He's aged 29. I think it's safe to say that he is what he is at this point.

I would like to see us get another bat on the market (either trade or FA) that is in addition to adding Holliday. I don't know if it is safe to bet on O'Hearn replicating this again. He's never been this before.
