May I make a player suggestion, @Sports Guy?

How about Carlos Estévez from the Angels? I know he doesn't fit your criteria perfectly as he walks a few too many guys, but he was pretty darn effective for the Halos this year. He's signed to a reasonable contract. He's a FA in 2025, so he's not going to cost a huge number of prospects.  11.26 K/9. Average FB velocity 97.2 mph. 

Extreme FB pitcher at 30% GB. But HR/9 only 1.01. 31 saves with a 72% rate. Seems like a guy who could bridge the gap back to the Mountain.
