So I guess there is no pitching minicamp this year?

Seems like most years in the past there has been one, in January.

Since pitchers/catchers first workout is four weeks from today, and we haven't heard anything about one, guess it's not happening this season.

A quick google search turns up plenty of evidence that they had one in 2022, but nothing for 2023, so you may be right.

2022 was only minor leaguers since there was a lockout.   Looks like they had a January minicamp that involved both pitchers and position players, all of whom were not on the 40 man roster.
