The money Bisciotti paid Modell was 49% before he took full control. Art put back into the team. Art had 4 years before Steve had the option to take full control.

Interestingly, the Kennedy Center announced yesterday that Rubebstein was stepping down as its chairman.  My wife saw that news and immediately wondered if it related to the possible Orioles purchase — I.e., the time commitment involved.

As a lifelong Orioles and Redskins fan this feels so good.  I lost my football team so this definitely eases the pain.
