Average velo for starting pitchers is probably less than 95

When discussing how Kremer was upset at Soto last night on MLB Network today, it was interesting hearing Adam Wainwright talk about ignoring guys like Soto and their theatrics - during the AB and especially pimping after the fact.

Just keep your head down and pitch.

Even if you've got emotion as a result of being shown up, or a guy trying to bait you, never let him see it.
