I have to watch the Yankee feed, they were saying the O's can't hit 95+ they struggle with velocity.

Basically no one does well against 95+ velocity.  It's why guys do what they do to themselves so they can throw that hard.

Everyone has been throwing 95-97 for years. I get 100 MPH, but I'm pretty sure there are teams that hit the velo of Gil, pretty darn well.

Everyone does.  It’s why pitchers are max effort all the time and their arms fall off.  Not sure I buy that the Os would be any more or less susceptible, although I guess it’s possible.

I mean 95 is a lot different than 92.
