Another rain game comes to mind vs NYY. I was at the 15 inning 2001 O's game at Yankee Stadium (Ripken's last there). It was suspended due to rain and ended as a 1-1 tie.

Not in a close game. Plus, you'd only have 20 - 30 minutes of play instead of 3 hours so it would be less likely to interfere with travel times.

Random thought occurred to me, most of NYY fans are either Jets or Giants fans, and most Steeler fans are Pirate fans. Is the contingent of NYY/Steeler fans sizeable? I would say that almost all are front-runners without connection to either NY or Pittsburgh. I would hate to meet these people, for many reasons...
