The C blocked the plate in such a way that the runner did sort-of jujitsu flip over his leg and landed way past the plate... C ran toward the seats to tag him, the runner got around him... runner dives for the plate, and the C dives to tag the runner's ankle...

I guess your not out of the baseline when its around home plate.
