No, no they don't. Dominguez never makes me feel good in a tie or one run lead.

In the last month, he's allowed 5 home runs in his last 11 games.

It is a bit surprising the umpires haven’t made this practice an issue since it makes their already impossible job more difficult .. any attempt to deliberately deceive the umpire as to the location of the pitch will be treated like any other interference..
