It's that time of year once again where we give you an in-depth view of the Orioles system. This year, we will be adding in a risk rating based on level played at and injury history for each prospect.

This list was produced after performing 100s of hours of video scouting, analyzing statistics, and conversations with player development personnel and professional scouts inside and outside of the organization.

Elias definitely made your job harder with the list this year. We traded away around 10+ guys since last year’s list, a draft pick, and Reilly was our only prospect buy side trade.

Well it certainly enabled a lot of guys to debut on the top 30 this year. I'm sure @Frobby will do his analysis once he's done with his hiatus.

I updated the Prospect Grade system a bit. Hopefully this makes things a bit easier to understand where the player is now talent wise, what he most likely will end up and what his ceiling/floor is as a player.
