Yes, though I still hold out hope that something can happen within the next 3 hours and some odd minutes, the Orioles can worry about having one less fan if they fail to sign Wieters. There's a team down in DC that had no trouble inking their top pick, and have a new stadium next season to start drawing in the money and top FA's.
