Poor Jason Berken. Nobody cares about him anymore now that the Wieters bombshell has been dropped.

I said it in the Berken thread. This day will now be remembered as the day that Wieters was announced as the catcher for 5/29/09.

Berken is still up around 92-94 mph.

For the reputation he had of less than quality breaking stuff, I'd say it's at least average. Not bad at all.

I heard that Bruce and Braun were brought up on the 27th and 25th respectively. I think the 25th is the date for the Super two, and I doubt they wouldn't wait a few extra days if it were June 1st.
