Why would a run that scored on a passed ball be earned?

Because it's considered an error on the catcher even though it's not listed as an error. And why is a wild pitch considered an earned run??

Thr gun at Bowie is kind of spazzy but it looks like his fastball is at 90-93, cutter at 88ish, curve in the mid to upper 70s with good downward bite, change at 80-84
