Indians' TV-guys making a big deal about how Matt could've hit that particular pitch and bounce it off the wall... saying it's not encouraging for P's that he can do that...

I'm waiting for when pitchers start trying to pitch Matt inside now that he's proven he can hit the other way.

Then, maybe, he'll turn on one and the bricks on the warehouse will never be the same

You can just tell that Wieters is starting to figure it out at the plate. I think we'll see a BIG jump next year.

Matt at the plate was always almost a given. Behind the plate was his first concern. He must be getting more comfortable running the defense, and now he can concentrate on hitting.

And it's showing.

I was in the car driving home for that play. I know Trembley got pissed, but how close was the play?

Was it clear as day or real close?

It was pretty clear he had beaten the throw. Thorne even said "And Reimold's safe! Oh wait.. no he's out" Or something to that effect.

It wasn't even a tie, Reimold clearly had stepped on the base and then the ball got there. Terrible call.
