hes suggesting
2023
#5 (Via Broncos)
#20 (their pick this year) or a 2024 1st rounder
#37 (Via Broncos)
#148 (5th from Steeles)
and a 2024 2nd or 3rd
………………………..
I gotta imagine they will get an offer for 3 1’s at minimum to best the alleged Atlanta deal.
My Guess would be
#5
#20
#37
2024 1st
2024 3rd or 4th

At first blush, I took Elias’ first quote as meaning they would look to trade more prospects. That sounds great.
Then, it occurred to me the possibility they shift their asset allocation back to major league salary over minor league development staff and such. That would be awful.
The Ravens are paying no rent for their new lease. Have to pay maintenance and operations costs for the stadium. Also they think they can have most of the upgrades done by 2024 to 2025. Have to sell bonds before they can start the improvements since the bonds are used to pay for the improvements. That could take a little time because they have to be underwritten and then rated and then have a sales date.
