100 percent agree, first time thru was almost all 4 seam fastballs that looked like 2 seamers because they had so much run to them. Agree with the narrative that he will play better in the pen, only need 2 pitches vs 3 or 4 as a starter -

Suarez was getting roughed up in Norfolk too and today he started in Baltimore and goes 5.2 innings of a great performance. Can we really decipher anything from these short sample sizes? -

It used to be a tradition before Orioles games to play the opening number from the musical Pippin, "Magic To Do." During the brief glory period of the mid 2010's the video team made this sick video to go with the song. They understandably stopped playing it once Jones, Machado, Schoop, and the other players heavily featured in it ended their Orioles careers. Now, I think the Orioles have plenty of material with current players to bring back the song with a new video. My wife is very supportive and started a petition. I think his last at bat today was a little unfair. Umpire called a ball that was way off the plate a strike. Pitcher went right back there and then he had to swing cause he knew it was gonna get called a strike. I’m not trying to white knight for him, that’s @interloper’s job, but I’m not the least bit worried about Holliday. It’ll happen for him and I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re singing a different tune about him next week.
