A baseball season has 1458 innings. Some folks here are whining and giving up after 17 of them. That's .0116 of a season.

BTW, the '91 Braves who went from worst-to-first started the season 0-2. The '91 Twinkies who did the same thing started out 2-9.

They weren't coming off of 12 losing seasons sunshine.

Yeah, I agree. He isn't someone I'd look at and say, "That guy can throw in the 9th." But fortunately for him his stuff is better than his make-up. When that stuff starts to slip, his leverage-inning days will be over quick.

Now are people alittle worried about Roberts? I know it is early and only two games. But we can't have this from our leadoff hitter with the schedule the O's have this month.

You know how many teams started out 2-0 and ended up having terrible seasons? Tons, I'm sure! Phew.

Plus we dodged the dreaded 1-1 record.

I know, their offense is just as bad as the Mariners. And they had the best offseason. At least that's what I was told.
