I think Matusz has thrown at least 2 balls to all but one player, Rosales, who hit the 2nd pitch. It's infuriating to me.

Yes it does, but this one is supposed to have great command. Hopefully he figures out how to get ahead and put batters away. 0-2 to Cliff Pennington and he still takes 6 pitches and allows a hit.
