I am only following on Game Day, but this game is getting me mad. We seem intent on doing the little things wrong tonight.

All of these A's players look like clones of each other. They are all roughly the same age, same body type, etc. It's very odd to me. They don't have a chubby first baseman or a 5'2 shortstop.

Anyone think on that play Miggy had that if he stops and plants and uses his arm strength, he's able to get him? As little as he got on that ball, I think it might have been possible.

It's really easy to see the "pitching backwards" assertions with Matusz lately. He doesn't seem to have much confidence in his fastball to me.

I doubt it. That was just a beautifully placed hit by Suzuki. If anything, Miggi saved a double by snagging it as it bounced over the bag.
