So at this time,there is no deal for Burrell. Seems like Burrell wants to stay in Philly even though he knows that want to trade him. Not sure why you wouldn't want to go somewhere where you are wanted but that is the story at this time.

Can you confirm that it was RLo and Fahey for Burrell?

If this is true, its very sad. Seems the "no-one wants to come to Bmore" sentiment is true.

Also, if true, I hope Burrell's game tanks and Philly fans hammer him...then he'll realize how great a city like Bmore is compared to that hell hole they call Philly.

I never did see why they would want Lopez. I would think they would want someone younger like a Cabrera or Penn.

Maybe the O's should offer Burrell another year on his contract... I would be pissed if Manuel kept sitting me - foot problem or not.

Well hopefully the Phils panic and get rid of Abreu. That would be great, I know that Burrell might be better over the next few years, but Abreu would be awesome too, at least for that package.
