Sorry--To tell the truth, I fell asleep with the laptop on my belly (it's 4:17 am out here now) and got awoken by the Rangers' announcers celebrating the first hit. Then I went back thru the thread trying to catch up on the game.

It just hit me again how silly it is that Markakis isn't our All Star.

I'm upset because he's consistently been our best player for 3+ years, and has gotten little to no recognition for it.

I guarantee if you asked even casual fans at opposing stadiums who they thought our best player is, they'd be able to point out Nick very easily.
