Remove Bradish and I will maybe agree. To me this guy is destined for the pen, where hopefully his swing and miss stuff plays up even more. Could be an important piece, but I’m not getting my hopes up too far after two appearances.
Good comp. I see a lot of Daniel Cabrera from Suarez. A bigger guy with a real heavy fastball with heat and movement.
Cabrera ending up not living up to his potential, but for a minute it was fun dream of a 1-2 with him and bedard as lethal TOR starters.
You can say whatever you feel.
Of course, you have to know there is not a great chance that it’s going to effect what I choose to say one way or another.
Getting some 2012 Miguel Gonzales vibes from Suarez. Different types of pitchers, but both essentially came out of nowhere to log important innings with great results.
Regardless what happens moving forward, this dude has stepped up when we needed some quality innings.
Even more impressive, basically walked out of a Korean rice paddy and went toe to toe against Pablo Lopez and Detmers no less.
Suarez fan forever based on two starts.
